Auto Pals USA is a trade name of Automotivation Enterprises LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Pompano Beach, FL. References to "Auto Pals USA," "we," "us," and "our" throughout this Privacy Policy mean Automotivation Enterprises LLC operating under the Auto Pals USA brand. We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website at autopalsusa.com, what we do with it, and what choices you have. By using our site or submitting a request, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

When you submit our vehicle request form, we collect the information you provide, including:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Mailing address, city, state, and ZIP code
• Vehicle preferences (make, model, year range, budget, features)
• Any notes or additional context you provide

We also automatically receive limited technical data when you visit the site (browser type, IP address, page views) through our hosting provider's server logs. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Source vehicles that match your request through dealer-only auctions
• Contact you via email, phone, or SMS to coordinate the search and the resulting transaction
• Send service-related notifications (booking confirmations, deposit reminders, portal messages, contract notices)
• Maintain records of our work for you, including signed agreements and payment references

3. SMS / Text Message Communications

How opt-in works. SMS opt-in is captured exclusively through an explicit, dedicated, unchecked-by-default checkbox at the bottom of the vehicle request form on our website. The checkbox is labeled "I agree to receive SMS messages from Auto Pals USA about my vehicle request — booking confirmations, deposit notifications, portal messages, and contract notices." Below the checkbox the form clearly states: "Optional — leave unchecked and we'll only reach you by email and through the portal."

The form submits and the service runs the same whether or not the box is checked. Providing a phone number alone is not consent to SMS — your number is used only to coordinate scheduled calls. SMS messages are sent only to users who affirmatively checked the dedicated SMS opt-in box at the point of request. The server-side SMS pipeline is hard-gated on that consent flag; users who did not opt in receive zero SMS messages, ever.

What you'll receive if you opt in: a one-time confirmation with a link to book an intro call; up to two reminders if you don't book the call within 48 hours; a notification when a staff member messages you in your client portal; and a notification when your service contract is ready to sign.

Frequency: typically 4–8 messages over the lifecycle of a single vehicle search; message frequency varies based on each individual client's progress through the sourcing process.

Cost: message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.

How to stop messages: reply STOP (also accepted: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, REVOKE) to any text from us and we will not send you further SMS. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@autopalsusa.com.

Your phone number and SMS-consent information are not shared with third parties for any marketing or promotional purposes, ever. The only third parties that process the message itself are our carrier-aggregator partners, strictly for the technical delivery of the message you opted in to receive.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers we use to operate the business, and only as needed to deliver the services you requested:

• Our SMS provider — for sending SMS notifications
• SendGrid — for sending email notifications
• Supabase — for storing your request, messages, and account data
• Google Calendar / Google Workspace — for scheduling intro calls
• Vercel — for hosting the website

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share your data with advertisers or marketing networks.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to keep records required for tax, legal, and accounting purposes. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@autopalsusa.com, subject to any record-keeping requirements imposed by law.

6. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your information (encrypted transport, access controls on our admin tools, encrypted credentials with our service providers). No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; if you have specific security concerns please contact us.

7. Children

Our services are not directed to anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Your Rights

You may:

• Access or correct the information we have about you
• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal record-keeping)
• Opt out of SMS messages at any time (reply STOP)
• Opt out of email communications by replying to any of our emails and asking us to unsubscribe

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Material changes will be highlighted on the website.
