We also automatically receive limited technical data when you visit the site (browser type, IP address, page views) through our hosting provider's server logs. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Source vehicles that match your request through dealer-only auctions
- Contact you via email, phone, or SMS to coordinate the search and the resulting transaction
- Send service-related notifications (booking confirmations, deposit reminders, portal messages, contract notices)
- Maintain records of our work for you, including signed agreements and payment references
3. SMS / Text Message Communications
What you'll receive: a one-time confirmation with a link to book an intro call; up to two reminders if you don't book the call within 48 hours; a notification when a staff member messages you in your client portal; and a notification when your service contract is ready to sign.
Frequency: typically 4–8 messages over the lifecycle of a single vehicle search; message frequency varies.
Cost: message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
How to stop messages: reply STOP to any text from us and we will not send you further SMS. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@autopalsusa.com.
Your phone number is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your phone information and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only with service providers we use to operate the business, and only as needed to deliver the services you requested:
- Twilio — for sending SMS notifications
- SendGrid — for sending email notifications
- Supabase — for storing your request, messages, and account data
- Google Calendar / Google Workspace — for scheduling intro calls
- Vercel — for hosting the website
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share your data with advertisers or marketing networks.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to keep records required for tax, legal, and accounting purposes. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@autopalsusa.com, subject to any record-keeping requirements imposed by law.
6. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your information (encrypted transport, access controls on our admin tools, encrypted credentials with our service providers). No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; if you have specific security concerns please contact us.
